SAL is a developer and investor with a portfolio mainly focused on large-scale projects under Public Private Partnership (PPP) business models such as build, own, operate (BOO), build, own, operate, transfer (BOOT), etc. for Water, Environmental, Social Infrastructure and Infrastructure projects.

 

SAL is one of the leading players within Saudi Arabia’s water and environmental sector and currently has a large footprint across the water industry’s key segments. SAL has the full capability to deliver projects from inception until the end of the project life - from the initial stage of development, designing, financing, building, operating and maintaining.

 

Moreover, SAL has a strong capability in raising limited or non-recourse project financing, equity bridge loans, overseeing construction progress until reaching commercial operation date including obtaining project permits and approvals.
